As a digital event registration platform, we primarily deliver services electronically. However, for any physical merchandise (like event kits, passes, etc.), the following applies:

1. Digital Access: All event access credentials will be emailed within 24 hours of successful registration.

2. Physical Deliverables:

• Shipped within 5–7 working days of purchase
• Tracking details will be provided via email
• Delivery charges (if applicable) will be mentioned at checkout

 

3. Non-Delivery: If you haven’t received a physical item within 10 days, contact us at marketing@designpovindia.com.
