Cancellation by Visitors:

• Cancellations made 15 or more days before the event: 100% refund (minus payment gateway charges)
• Less than 15 days: No refund

Cancellation by Organizer:

• Full refund will be issued if an event is canceled by Designpovindia.com.
• Participants may also opt to transfer their registration to a future event.

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
