Formerly known as Khodiyar Stairs Pvt. Ltd., KStairs has spent over 21 years designing, manufacturing, and installing staircases for residential and commercial spaces across Maharashtra. The brand’s work covers a range of forms including floating, cantilever, helical, curved, and spiral configurations, each built to custom specifications and engineered to meet international design and safety standards.
Their manufacturing facility in Vasai operates with CNC laser cutting and bending machines, giving the team the ability to handle complex installations and deliver them within project timelines. Every piece is fabricated from quality-grade materials, with a production process that balances technical accuracy with design intent. Beyond staircases, KStairs also works on railings, ornamental and structural metalwork, and gates.
Over two decades, the brand has built a client base across residential and commercial design, with the technical capability and site experience to take on projects of varying scale and complexity.
